What to Watch Tonight: Lady Sif on S.H.I.E.L.D., Stephen Colbert on The Mindy Project, and the Debut of Powers on the Playstation Network What to watch on Tuesday, March 10... SERIES PREMIERE, 12:01am, Playstation Network Powers Sharlto Copley and Susan Heyward star as homicide detectives who tackle cases involving superhumans in this adaptation of the Image Comics series by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming. The first three episodes of the 10-episode season are available today, with new installments arriving weekly on Tuesdays. 8pm, CBS NCIS In "The Artful Dodger," DiNozzo père taps some of his seedier connections to help the team investigate a murder tied to a brazen art heist. 8pm, DirecTV Billy & Billie "In Bloom" finds the quasi-illicit lovers deciding to take a break after narrowly avoiding being caught by family members. But Billie has a tougher time coping with the abrupt end than does Billy. 8pm, ABC Fresh Off the Boat Eddie's efforts to befriend his only Chinese-American classmate (Albert Tsai) are flummoxed in "Phillip Goldstein." In other rocky relationships, Louis is stung when Mitch ditches the restaurant for a job at Golden Saddle. 8pm, ABC Family Pretty Little Liars Alison's trial gets off to a rocky start in "The Melody Lingers On," perhaps due to the fact that she and her cohort have quite literally been defined by dishonesty for at least five years now. Out of court, the rest of the gang hunts for evidence to clear Hanna's name, but are they following clues left by Mona—or falling into a trap laid by "A"? SPRING FINALE, 9pm, ABC Family Switched at Birth In "There Is My Heart," Bay pays Emmett a surprise visit in L.A., where he's working on a critical class project. Back in K.C., Kathryn and Toby's artistic ambitions soar while Daphne's academic fortunes falter. 9pm, ABC Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. What's this? Lady Sif afflicted with amnesia after an abnormal altercation? Can Coulson's crew aid the addled Asgardian and ascertain what animated the assault? And what word of Mack and Mockingbird's mysterious mission? Tune in to "Who You Really Are" and find out—same S.H.I.E.L.D.-t.i.m.e., same S.H.I.E.L.D.-c.h.a.n.n.e.l.! 9pm, TNT Rizzoli & Isles A roadside slaying leads the team to collaborate with another detective who may be pursuing the same violent quarry. Elsewhere, "In Plain View" finds Maura seeking Angela's help after she falls victim of identity theft. 9:30pm, Fox The Mindy Project When his priest is summoned to the Pearly Gates, Danny races to find a new one so that he can atone for his sins in "Confessions of a Catho-holic," making way for a holy guest appearance by none other than Stephen Colbert. In less sacramental searches, Jeremy tries to drum up audience members for his one-man show. 10pm, CBS Person of Interest "Karma" finds Reese and Finch guarding a psychologist who practices some unusual techniques (true, Giant Rubber Mallet Therapy has its detractors, but it gets results, dammit!). In flashbacks, Finch struggles to recover from the bombing that claimed his friend Nathan Ingram's life. 10pm, FX Justified Raylan has a proposition for Markham in "Dark as a Dungeon," and yes, as the title implies, that proposition involves gearing up their Level 9 Paladin and Level 8 Elf Mage for a perilous but potentially lucrative quest. And speaking of perils, Boyd and Ava have a run-in with an increasingly desperate Walker. 10pm, BET Being Mary Jane Mary Jane's hormone therapy starts a 36-hour countdown clock to ovulation in "Pulling the Trigger," which is enough time for her to kick back and unwind with almost four episodes of Sons of Anarchy. That is, if she's not too busy fielding an exclusive story opportunity from Sheldon DeWitt, putting another dent in her friendship with Lisa, and receiving an unexpected visit from David. 10pm, USA Sirens The guys rescue a mobster (Steve Schirripa) in "Hypocritical Oath," which can only either work out really, really well or really, really poorly for them. That prompts Hank to consider who may be the worst person he's ever aided, while Brian stumps for changes to the rig and Billy searches for his old neighborhood pony. 10pm, NBC Chicago Fire Severide vouches for an old buddy seeking a second chance with the CFD in "Forgive You Anything," but Casey and Otis are less sure of the fellow's blaze-battling bona fides. Also seeking a fresh start is Mills, who hopes to regain active squad status, while Brett and Dawson enjoy a night on the town and Mouch prepares to meet his kid. 10pm, TNT Perception In "Romeo," Pierce safeguards the boyfriend of a slain student, who is believed to be both mentally ill and guilty of the killing. But with Moretti's wedding coming up fast, can Pierce also safeguard... his heart? 10:30pm, Comedy Central Kroll Show The Rich Dicks inaugurate their new restaurant, Ruth Diamond Phillips takes a shine to new client Ref Jeff, and Bobby Bottleservice goes to great lengths to assuage his broken heart in "Body Bouncers." 10:30pm, TBS Cougar Town Jules throws a dinner party to get to know Chick's new girlfriend in "Yer So Bad." The rest of the Cul-de-Sac Crew are in mystery-solving mode, as Travis and Laurie try to foil a cupcake thief while Andy and Ellie investigate the identity of Tom's celebrity patient. LATE-NITE: – Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, 11pm, Comedy Central – TBD on The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore, 11:30pm, Comedy Central – Patricia Arquette, Keith Olbermann, and Will Butler on Late Show with David Letterman, 11:35pm, CBS – Jenifer Lopez, Keith Urban, Harry Connick Jr., and Ryan Seacrest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, 11:35pm, ABC WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING TONIGHT?
