World of Warcraft nukes Honorbuddy, hands out 6-month bans

World of Warcraft nukes Honorbuddy, hands out 6-month bansToday Blizzard, developer of the eternal crusade known as World of Warcraft, has dealt a stunning blow against a bot that automated characters in the game world. Honorbuddy, a for-pay automation tool that allowed WoW players to walk away from their computer while their characters farmed resources and even fought in PvE skirmishes on their own, has been defeated. We’ve recently taken action against a large number of World of Warcraft accounts that were found to be using third-party programs that automate gameplay, known as "bots." We’re committed to providing an equal and fair playing field for everyone in World of Warcraft, and will continue to take action against those found in violation of our Terms of Use. It seems like Honorbuddy was detected, we are not sure, but looking at the BAN THREADS, we think that it's the most likely option at the moment.
